Ashland Elementary STEM Kit Partnership

One Small Chance partnered with Ashland Elementary School to bring hands-on STEM learning to fifth-grade students during House Time. Students received STEM kits to build their own catapults, make predictions, test different launches, and measure their results while exploring concepts of force, motion, and energy. With support from volunteers from the Chickahominy Falls Service Club, students from all five houses were able to learn through experimentation while taking their kits home to continue exploring beyond the classroom.
